Our Child Care program mirrors our Head Start curriculum, offering rich, engaging experiences for three- and four-year-olds but with an extended focus on STREAM (science, technology, reading, arts, engineering, and math). This sustained engagement with STREAM strengthens children’s critical and creative thinking skills and prepares them to excel in kindergarten and future grades.
Designed to support working families, the program operates from 8:00 am to 2:20 pm at no cost, based on NYCDOE guidelines. Wrap-around/Extended services are available from 2:20 pm to 6:00 pm and may be completely free or heavily discounted, depending on family income. Simply provide the supporting documents with the appropriate application. Families over the income threshold can still enjoy excellent value via our competitive rates and varied early bird specials.
